Dr Charlotte Tottman
Clinical psychologist Dr Charlotte Tottman consults privately, providing psychological treatment for cancer-related distress. Charlotte completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Flinders University. Clinically, prior to her private practice, Charlotte worked at the Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer, providing individual-, couple-, and group therapy programs. Charlotte has well-established relationships with oncologists, surgeons, medical specialists and general practitioners. Charlotte works with cancer patients and their family members and carers, at all stages of their cancer experience. She consults with both adults and children. Charlotte works closely with Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) and is a member of the BCNA Strategic Advisory Group. She is an Editor for the Cancer Council of Australia, and has strong links with McGrath Foundation, CanTeen, and Ovarian Cancer Australia. She regularly speaks publicly at cancer conferences, webinars, and forums as an expert in psycho-oncology. Charlotte has her own cancer story. Several years after establishing her private practice in psycho oncology, she herself was diagnosed with breast cancer. As well as treating cancer related distress, Robin is an excellent resource for partners, children and carers of those navigating a cancer experience. Robin has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, across the lifespan. |
